Selling
How do I choose the best real estate agent to sell my home in Denver?
Ask every agent you interview three things: exactly how they will market your home beyond the MLS, how they arrived at their suggested price, and how they’ll communicate with you during the sale. Look for a specific marketing plan, real data behind the price, and reviews that mention communication. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to.
How do you market homes?
Every listing gets professional photography (plus drone when it helps), a floorplan, a dedicated YouTube video on Denver Living, two to three social videos, a multi-stage targeted ad campaign, a staging consultation, printed materials and feature cards in the home, and planned open houses. See how we market homes.
How do you price a home?
We analyze recent comparable sales, active and pending competition, and current buyer demand in your specific area, then walk you through the reasoning so you can make a confident decision.
What do you charge to sell a home?
Commission is always negotiable and is agreed upon in writing before we list. We’ll explain exactly what’s included during your strategy session.
Buying
Do you work with first-time homebuyers?
All the time. Many of our reviews come from first-time buyers who appreciated our patience and the way we explained each step.
Can you help me buy a home if I’m moving to Denver from out of state?
Yes. We regularly help relocating buyers, including touring homes on video and giving the local context you can’t get from a listing. Our neighborhood guides and YouTube channel are great places to start.
How do buyer’s agent fees work?
In Colorado, buyers sign a written agreement with their agent that spells out how the agent is paid. We’ll walk you through your options, including how seller concessions may help cover that cost, before you sign anything.
